    I know: Some of the board members has family members, relatives or friends are in yard maintenance businesses. No matter how the homeowners clean, lawn and sod their yards, HOAs continuously send violation notices to the homeowners until the homeowners hire someone taking care their yards. So they have receipts to prove to the HOAs. This is psychological punishment homeowners. Do you have other ideas, please post here and share to all people because someone takes advantage of our silences.

    They did not help senior homeowners but they target them… they find plenty of reasons to fine them, lien their houses and then officially take their properties. Examples: need to edge… even though no overgrow yard need to clean… even though their yard well maintained by themselves. house need to clean the paint color is no longer approved by the board even though that color is from builder. house need to repaint too many trees chimney dirty landscape bed has not approved yet need to asking permission from the board directors members and many many more

    Does anyone know why people who are living on Running Water cutting down healthy trees especially oak trees? Now, I see more and more properties around in the sub. are doing the same especially those properties close to the sub. entrance. Does anyone know?  Please share with us because we have no glue.
