No matter how the homeowners clean, lawn and sod their yards, HOAs continuously send violation notices to the homeowners until the homeowners hire someone taking care their yards.     They did not help senior homeowners but they target them… they find plenty of reasons to fine them, lien their houses and then officially take their properties. Examples: need to edge… even though no overgrow yard need to clean… even though their yard well maintained by themselves. house need to clean the paint color is no longer approved by the board even though that color is from builder. house need to repaint too many trees chimney dirty landscape bed has not approved yet need to asking permission from the board directors members and many many more
