They’re afraid loosing businesses at your subdivisions… so all of you will attend meeting monthly and join the board in order living peace. by law, to maintenance the HOA of a subdivision, they need certain number of board members and volunteers.

I love them so much. While sleeping, I dream about them. While eating, I see the mouths of the board directors and kid people switching switching switching about other people’s properties. While standing in the front, I see kid people sneaking at the homeowners’ yard/lot… *kid people: i mean they are adults but act like kids, everything is scary scary scary… complaint complaint…

Do you know why your HOA complaints homeowners’ yards dirty?
I know: Some of the board members has family members, relatives or friends are in yard maintenance businesses. No matter how the homeowners clean, lawn and sod their yards, HOAs continuously send violation notices to the homeowners until the homeowners hire someone taking care their yards. So they have receipts to prove to the HOAs. This is psychological punishment homeowners. Do you have other ideas, please post here and share to all people because someone takes advantage of our silences.

Your HOAs and Property Management target senior homeowners, do you know?
They did not help senior homeowners but they target them… they find plenty of reasons to fine them, lien their houses and then officially take their properties. Examples: need to edge… even though no overgrow yard need to clean… even though their yard well maintained by themselves. house need to clean the paint color is no longer approved by the board even though that color is from builder. house need to repaint too many trees chimney dirty landscape bed has not approved yet need to asking permission from the board directors members and many many more
