the girl was leaning out an open window of a moving car in the area of Rain Forest Drive and Chickasaw Trail around 7:45 p.m., she fell out of the window when the vehicle struck a curb.

A 14-year-old Orlando girl died after falling out of a moving Toyota Prius on Wednesday night
“If they were all minors, they are required to be restrained by a seat belt, and there’s five seating positions in there, so if there’s more than five people, then that’s against the law,” FHP Lt. Kim Montes said.
“It’s dangerous to ever be hanging out of a vehicle (or) sitting on a vehicle,” Montes said. “We want to remind people that it’s not a game.”
